Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund. You will receive a full refund so long as you meet the requirements. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.  


REFUND PROCESS

We would never want you to pay for something that isn't a good fit for you. That is why we offer a full refund on all our digital and physical products. However, we do not subscribe to the age old saying "the customers always right", sometimes the customer is not right and simply does not know what is best for them. To help combat these unfortunate situations and to prevent anyones time or money to be wasted for no reason, we offer an action-based refund on all educational programs or courses.

REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

If you have purchased a digital product (for example a digital video course or program) from ChristiansTraining.com, you have the right to receive a full refund within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. This is an action-based refund to ensure that the customer put forth effort into the product before requesting a refund. We are in business to help improve and change peoples lives, and we do not want our customers to simply purchase any product and then not put forth effort because they think they can just get their money back, this is a huge waste of time and money both on our part, and it does not allow us to help or improve our customers lives. So in that spirit, in order to receive a full refund you must actually put effort into the program, this is also because we are so confident in our products and their effectiveness, we are confident if a customer goes through the product and puts forth effort and takes action, they will achieve the desired result. If they go through the program or course, take action and follow instructions but still don't achieve their desired result, then they may request a refund with proof of action. 

ACTION-BASED REFUND REQUIREMENTS

    1. Customer must go through entire program and watch all of the video lessons. 

    2. Customer must complete all worksheets and action items presented in each lesson. 

If the customer meets the above requirement for the action-based refund, they may request and receive a full refund of their purchase. We simply do not want you to pay for the program if it does not give you the desired results. Unlike traditional education systems such as colleges or universities, we only want you to pay for your educational programs so long as you get the desired result you originally purchased the program for. If you go through the entire program and show proof of action and find that you do not get the promised result, you are entitled to a full refund. 

REFUNDS FOR HARD GOODS

you If you have purchased a "hard good" (for example, a book or other tangible product) from ChristiansTraining.com, you have the right to receive a full refund within seven (7) days of the date of your purchase, if you comply with the following conditions:

1. You must request a refund in writing to support@christianstraining.com.

2. Unless subject to additional rights outlined in your purchase agreement, your request for a refund must be made within seven (7) days of your purchase date.

3. You must return the hard goods to Christians Training immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting refund.

4. The hard goods must be returned to Christians Training in like-new, or re-sellable condition. Any damage to the product and the refund will be declined. 

SHIPPING FEES FOR REFUNDS

Unless otherwise state in your purchase agreement, if we ship you a physical product, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your refund request. In this event, you will be required to pay for the shipping and handling fees to send back your product. You will receive additional information on how to ship back your refund product when you contact support@christianstraining.com
