Imagine this scenario..
Theres a red button in front of you.
You push it..
And you experience the most excruciating pain you have ever experienced in your life..
Then I walk into the room.. And I say "hey push that button"..
Are you going to push it? NO!
Because you now have a belief, that if you push the button you experience pain..
This new belief about the button.. Will fundamentally influence..
How you think about it, how you feel about it and how you act around it..
Thoughts: You might think.. "I don't like that button.." "I want to get away from it"
Emotions: You might feel scared or fearful when around the button..
Actions: You would probably try to avoid the button. You certainly wouldn't push it.
The point is..
What you believe to be true, influences your thoughts, emotions and actions.
