1on1 Zoom Calls: We will meet on audio-only zoom calls a few times per week over the course of 3-4 weeks. Each call is approximately 30 min to an hour. 
Mental Training: I will work with you to identify your false limiting beliefs and negative thinking patterns, and then walk you through a personalized mental training plan to "recondition" your beliefs, thinking patterns and emotional responses.
Situational Coaching: Everyones life is unique, so get guidance on specific situations you experience in your life and how best to approach them.
Specific Action Steps: After each call I will provide you with simple and easy actions steps to help you move forward and make progress.
Messaging: Get unlimited support in between calls. Message me anytime with your questions, advice or just some support. I am always here to help.
